Thank you for purchasing from CNC DXF Files. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products

All products sold on this website are digital downloads. Depending on the product selected, your purchase may include CNC DXF files, manual PDF cutting plans, or a bundle containing both formats. No physical furniture, timber, hardware or printed plans are shipped.

Because our products are digital downloads, cancellation rights may be affected once digital delivery or downloading has begun with your consent. This does not affect your statutory rights if digital content is faulty, not as described, or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

Your Consumer Rights (UK & EU Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases.

For digital content supplied immediately, the 14-day cancellation right can be lost once supply begins where you have expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged that this means losing the right to cancel.

Where those requirements apply and digital delivery has begun, you may no longer have a right to cancel simply because you have changed your mind. Your statutory rights regarding faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming digital content are not affected.

Faulty or Incorrect Files

If you experience any issues with your download, such as:

File corruption
Missing files
Incorrect product received
A DXF or PDF file that does not match the product description

Please contact us and we will investigate the issue as quickly as possible. Where appropriate, we may provide a corrected or replacement file, or another remedy required by your statutory rights.

Choosing the Correct Product

Please check the vehicle model, wheelbase, layout and file format before purchasing. DXF files are intended for CNC use, while Manual PDF Cutting Plans are intended for customers marking and cutting panels using normal workshop tools. If you purchase the wrong product or format, contact us as soon as possible and before downloading or accessing the files where possible.
