Digital Products

All products sold on this website are digital downloads (CNC DXF files). No physical items are shipped.

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a file has been downloaded or accessed.

Your Consumer Rights (UK & EU Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases.

However, by purchasing digital content from this website and completing checkout, you:

Agree to receive the digital content immediately
Acknowledge that the download begins straight away
Waive your right to cancel once the download has started

This means you lose your right to cancel the order once the files have been delivered.

Faulty or Incorrect Files
